Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier who was a nurse as well as Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actress and singer. Kristen is Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen's talents for performing were recognized at an early age. Her audition was in 1992 and got a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell, who was 13 when her mom signed to become an agent was also auditioned for TV and newspaper advertisements. In addition, she is beginning classes in acting for herself. Bell played a small part, uncredited on the film Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell studied at Shrine Catholic High School where she took part in musical and drama clubs. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the leading Dorothy character. Bell went on to study musical theatre at the world-renowned Tisch School of the Arts located in New York City after graduating. Bell completed her studies in 2001, decided to leave her university studies to perform her role as Becky on Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her first credit debut playing the character of Becky Pootie Tang. But, her scene was cut out of the movie and she only appears in the credits. Bell made an appearance with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
